Returns and Exchanges

Please note that all returns must be given an RMA which can only be authorized by a Customer Service representative

Do not return any item(s) until you have been given an (RMA) a Return Merchandise Authorization code to ensure proper refund processing. This RMA number MUST be written on the outside of the package being sent back to us. All returned packages without an RMA will be rejected by the Shipping Department.

To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at info@zivori.com. You have to specify your order number, the name an order was placed under and the reason for return.

Return and Exchanged guidelines:

1. Returns

We can accept un-opened packages only. Our jewelry arrives in a see through bag with a protective Zivori paper slip. Please, examine your package before opening the bag. Once the slip was broken, we will not be able to accept any returns of the product. You can return your un-opened item(s) within 10 business days after delivery. Refund will be issued on the amount of the transaction minus shipping cost. Buyer pays return shipping. RMA must be obtained for all returns.

2. Exchanges

You can exchange the item(s) you don’t like within 10 business days after delivery. You can exchange your item(s) for the same value item(s) of a different size or color. Maximum 2 exchanges per transaction. Buyer pays return shipping. RMA must be obtained for all exchanges.

3. Receiving the Wrong Item

In the event that Zivori.com sends you an incorrect item(s), we will accept the return of this un-opened wrong item(s) and refund the value of the item(s), the shipping cost and the return shipping cost. RMA must be obtained for all returns.

What Do I Need To Do Once an RMA was given?

1. Include a filled out Return/Exchange form in your package
2. Send the package to the following address:

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your replacement item after the returned package has been inspected by our management team and up to 72 hours for RMA to be processed
